You can now buy our awesome weighted vests directly from us with weighted options from 1.5kg all the way up to 40kg.
Varos vests are a direct replica of the same bullet proof vests worn by our armed forces. Using the same military grade materials we have then adapted this design to house various weighted plates.
Training with these weight plates increases the intensity of your workouts and yields fantastic results much quicker than traditional exercise. As your body gets used to performing under this additional strain it quickly improves and once the vest if off your performance will be explosive.

Our vests without any plates weigh 1.5kg. You can add the weight you would like via the dropdown menu.
Whats inside the weighted vests we hear you ask?
The weights are made up of various weighted plate set ups such as:
7kg vest includes 2 x 2.75 kg plates (1.5kg vest + 2.75 + 2.75 = 7kg)
10kg vest includes 2 x 4.25kg plates (1.5kg vest + 4.25 + 4.25 = 10kg)
12kg vest includes 2 x 5.25kg plates (1.5kg vest + 5.25 + 5.25 = 12kg)
We usually recommend you working out with around 10% of your existing body weight in your vest but for more intense workouts you can add more weight plates up to 40kg.
