Terms and Conditions:
1. INTRODUCTION
www.varosfit.com (referred to as the "Website") along with the Varos trademark are operated by Liquid8 Asset Solutions Limited company number 11711647 under license.
By placing an order on this website you agree to the below Terms, Conditions and Purchasing Terms which will create the sales contract, between yourself and Liquid8 Asset Solutions Limited at the point of order confirmation and acceptance.

2. PLACING AN ORDER
- Add the products you want on our website to your basket
- Ensure you select the correct size before adding the items to your basket
- Once you have added all items you would like to purchase, proceed to checkout
- You must provide billing, shipping, email addresses and all other required details accurately
- Review the order before you complete the purchase
- Submit your order and you will receive a confirmation via the email address you provided at checkout.
2.2 ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATIONS
All orders submitted by you are subject to acceptance by ourselves. We may choose not to accept your order at our own discretion. Examples of when we may not accept your order are as follows:
Because we start to process your order as soon as it is submitted, it is not possible to cancel your order.
3. QUALITY AND MAINTENANCE OF PRODUCTS
All Varos vests are designed for demanding workouts using extremely durable materials but just like all premium gym equipment they are unfortunately not indestructible. Vests should not be dropped, swung by the straps or allowed to rub against any abrasive surface. Any of these actions will likely damage your vest.
We guarantee our vests for 30 days for any defect. After this time we assess each vest on a case by case basis but due to the conditions these vests are used in we are generally unable to offer a refund or exchange outside of this initial 30 days.
Though you can add additional weight to these vests we can not guarantee them above 20kg due to the nature of intended use.
We can not carry out a warranty claim on vests which have been abused, had material failure due to rubbing against another piece of equipment repeatedly or have become damaged due to being worn loose.
If you are unsure how to correctly adjust the size of your vest to fit please contact us so we can help. Correct vest fitment is paramount to the safe effective use of your weighted vest along with ensuring it does not become damaged.
Minor differences in colour and other variations in Products are possible as a result of different image acquisition, display technologies or other technical reasons. Liquid8 Asset Solutions Limited is not liable for these variations and deviations.
Liquid8 Asset Solutions Limited draws your attention to the above care and maintenance instructions. Liquid8 Asset Solutions Limited is not liable for any damage resulting from incorrect handling of products, including handling contrary to the instructions.
4. PRICE AND CURRENCY
Prices displayed online usually are in GBP (Great British Pounds) but can be adjusted depending on your geographical location using the currency tab. For example, if you reside in the USA, the currency displayed should adjust to USD. This also works for AUD, CAD, EUR and other major currencies.
You can also select your local currency via the menu tab on mobile or via the user icon at the top of the home page.
All prices quoted at the payment stage are in Great British Pound (GBP).
Liquid8 Asset Solutions Limited reserves the right to change, limit or terminate any special offers or discounts at any time, including promotional codes and gift cards. Including the right to adjust the price of any product at any given time without further discussion.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All orders made on the Varos website are dispatched from Newcastle, UK to the shipping address you provide at the checkout stage, orders are delivered on business days; excluding bank holidays and national holidays.
We aim to despatch orders on the same day when the order is placed by 3pm, London GMT. However, due to fluctuation in order volumes this is not always possible.
Any international orders may be subject to customs charges. These charges are not quoted at checkout and are completely out of our control.
If tracking or shipment details show an item as delivered to you we will consider it as delivered.
Varos cannot be held responsible for delay in delivery, including but not limited to the following;
Any incorrect customer details, customs clearance, inventory levels, national or private strikes, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, weather, natural disasters, fire, epidemics or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.
6. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
We offer refunds or exchanges within 14 days of receipt of purchase, please closely follow the instructions on the FAQ page under returns.
Sale items can be exchanged if stock is available, or refunded as store credit online.
Please follow the returns guide on our FAQ page to return your item.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and must ensure the item is returned to us in a saleable condition.
In a case of a buyer returning the item for a refund due to change of mind or product unsuitability the postage costs we incurred on sending out items are non refundable. If an item is deemed to be faulty on return to our warehouse we will refund these postage costs to a maximum of £5.99. Please see section 3 above in our terms and conditions for product warranty information - we will not process a return if it falls outside of these terms.

ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE NEATLY PRESENTED AND UNWASHED. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE A REFUND FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING REASONS: ITEM(S) HAVE BEEN WORN, WITHOUT TAGS, SCENTED, DIRTY, WASHED, VISIBLE HAIR OR WITHOUT PACKAGING.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All trademarks, service marks, logos and trade names which appear on Varos products, product packaging and/or on the Website, whether registered or not (the “Trade Marks”) remain the exclusive property of Liquid8 Asset Solutions. You may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any of the Trade Marks in any way, including in advertising or publicity pertaining to distribution of materials on the Website.
8. Complaints

A complaint is considered to be an issue that could not be resolved by our customer services team within 30 days of your original order date.
Our management will strive to resolve any problems with you and we strongly reccomend using the email address above to fix any issues you have had with your order.

9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The use of this Website as well as any purchase agreement between you and us, will be subject to the version of the Terms and Conditions on this page at the time you place an order or browse our website.
